Setting the Standard

We are a Construction Manager that specializes in constructing elegant and finely crafted homes. Flower Construction’s team of skilled artisans, engineers, and technical experts bring a combination of craftsmanship and innovation to the complex process of construction in the service of delivering exceptional homes of enduring value.

Established 25 years ago by John Flower, we maintain offices and dedicated teams that serve projects in both the New York metropolitan region and South Florida markets. Every member of the Flower team offers a level of skill and professionalism that has ensured the firm the pleasure of repeat collaborations with top architects and designers, as well as an impressive portfolio of new construction, additions and renovations, and historical restorations.

Under the leadership of Gavin Guinan, our seasoned South Florida team serves the needs of clients and design partners who are building in Miami, Palm Beach, and surrounding areas while expanding our repertoire of beautiful classical homes alongside modern contemporary designs.

Flower Construction is licensed in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Flower Construction is a founding member of Counterpart, a nationwide network of master builders, who value connection and collaboration towards the goal of better quality, process and partnership. We are proud board members of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art and the Sir John Soane Museum Foundation.
